 Bixolon SRP-770III Shipping printer ZP450 option Since 2002 Hippodeals has mainly offered Zebra desktop printers, due to the shortage of supply and increasing costs we tested multiple printer lines to offer as alternatives to the Zebras.
The Bixolon SRP-770III was selected to offer a cost effective alternative to the Zebra ZP450 series. Bixolon was originally owned and developed by Samsung, so the quality comes through.
This is a great shipping printer that works well on all of the shipping sites we tested on, like Shiprush, ebay, Amazon, Shipping Easy, shiprush, endicia or stamps.com, shipstaion, paypal, pirateship, ups.com...
In addition to being a great shipping printer it can emulate a Zebra desktop printer in case your Ap requires a Zebra printer. We'll be happy to send instructions for you on this. We install the bixolon and redirect the zebra printer to the same USB port.
We tested with Zebra LP2844, GK420D and GX420D on Zdesigner works great.
These printers are in very good condition and we've gone through each on our test bench to make sure all components are good, then we clean them inside and out.

The Bixolons have adjustable arms so you can print labels from 2-4" wide at 3-5" per second. The printhead is directly swappable with the old workhouse Zebra desktops. But the Bixolon printers run at the GX GK series speedscurrent Zebra series speeds 5-6" per second.
Next thing we tested was emulation, a great function, as you can install this printer then redirect the Zebra printers to the Bixolon port Zebras like LP2844, GK420D, ZP500, ZP450, GX420D and get similar, sometimes better output.
